LIC Manhattan View Hotel

The hotel is located in a great area of LIC and only two blocks away from the N & W subway stop at Dutch Kills /39th Ave. The hotel was clean and very quiet. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. The views of LIC were amazing. Overall, I had a great stay and will be back.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my family and we absolutely loved our stay. Our room on the 16th floor had exceptional Manhattan views and was spacious with two queen beds. The location is perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the train station and close to restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. The staff was always helpful, and housekeeping kept our room spotless throughout our stay. I’ll definitely book this hotel again on my next visit to New York.

I love the street view from the dining area as well. Offered hot coffee and tea for all guests. Enjoyed the gym downstairs and the hospitality. Thank you all so much.

Victoria is super duper sweet. As long as me and my man walked into the hotel last night, she was so welcoming stated how the hotel upgraded me to a higher level, which was freaking amazing. When we walked into the room we fell in love, comfortable bed outstanding bathroom with tolierites. Defintenly will be back, thank you so much Victoria for being so kind

Amazing bang for the buck hotel. Good service and facilities, GREAT location. We (couple) stayed there for five days and it was very good. A 2 minute walk to the nearest subway station or 9 minute to the nearest accesible. As far as I got to know they don’t offer any food but there’s a restaurant that seemed decent right across the street and a convinience store as well (their food options were very decent). What they do offer is 24/7 coffee and vending machines although there’s not much variety.

Madison was an absolute GEM at the front desk! She took our early check-in request and got us into our room a bit after 1pm (vs the 3pm normal check in time) — ON NEW YEARS EVE! She made sure to let us know when we arrived at 10am that we could store our bag in the office, head downtown to do the tourist things, and told us to call to check on the early check in a bit later. She made the stay stress-free and seamless. The room we booked had a balcony, which faced out over to Manhattan. From that balcony, we were able to see the fireworks at midnight all over the city! The room was big enough, and clean, but it was VERY warm. Granted, we were on the 14th floor, and heat rises. We eventually ended up resorting to sleeping with the balcony door open. Despite turning the thermostat down, the room remained a bit too warm for our liking. The pillows were comfortable. The bed left a bit to be desired — it was a little too hard, and you could feel some of the pressure from the coils in the mattress. Nothing too horrid!!

The staff were so helpful and professional! The rooms were nice. We really liked the location it was safe, quiet and residential. Would definitely stay here again. It was about 20mins via the subway to downtown which was nothing and a 3 min walk to one of the stations. Love NYC and great hotel!

It was a pleasant stay. The location is safe and close to several subway lines, you can reach Times Square in about 20 minutes. In the lobby there is a convenient station where you can refill your water bottle or get hot tea and coffee. The room is clean, spacious, and perfectly tidied up every day. The staff is always kind and helpful. The only small remark is about the bathroom: there is no ventilation fan and no toilet brush.
